Career Services

Because the career coaching process should be all about you, I individualize the process to help you create your own path. Together we identify a career area that's best for you. Then I help you understand the barriers keeping you from reaching your professional goals. You learn how to get rid of unproductive or self-defeating work habits, build self-confidence in your own talents, and produce a plan that accomplishes your career objectives.

When you choose to work with me, you'll enjoy a confidential client/consultant relationship. The outcome is based on critical insight into your career direction and comes from within you—not imposed on you by someone else.

Career Assessment Package

  • Step 1. Background and Goals Meeting: We meet to discuss your history, goals, and skills. Also, we will determine the most relevant career assessment tools for you according to your needs. 1.5 hours.
  • Step 2. On your own time, you will complete a number of online inventories such as SCII, HDS, MVPI and MBTI. These instruments assess interests, motivations, and a range of personality characteristics relevant to job interest and success. These should be completed at least 3 days before our next meeting.
  • Step 3. Feedback Meeting: In this session I interpret and we discuss the inventories you completed. We then integrate the results for future action. 3 hours.

Additional Coaching

  • 60 minute sessions
  • This is time to be used at your discretion. For example, you may want to further discuss your test results, address new questions or concerns, or work on your resume or interviewing skills. These sessions can be conducted face-to-face, or by phone, skype or gchat.
